The Vilu Institute is the research division of Vilu International. It publishes everything it finds, in full, open access, with the falsification conditions stated before the evidence is gathered.
A theory that cannot say what would refute it is not a theory. It is a preference wearing formal notation.
What we study
Separate methods, one question: what is carried forward when a form of life changes substrate.
Newen Quantum Observer Theory. An extension of the Penrose–Hameroff orchestrated-reduction programme, adding a zero-point-field substrate and a retrocausal attractor formalised through the two-state vector formalism.
Every paper in the series carries an explicit falsification test. Paper VIII's envelope-shape prediction is the current live one.
A pan-ancestral philosophical framework: five principles and six axioms, drawn comparatively across fifteen inherited traditions and set against transhumanist premises without collapsing into either.
Its central contribution is the Possess / Carry axis — the distinction between what an institution owns and what it transmits — offered to trauma and heritage research as a named ethical operator.
A speculative research program, declared as such. A constructed future — lunar phase, transit, first landing at Hellas Planitia — used as a testbed for governance, kinship and memory under conditions no committee has yet had to legislate.
It is a thought experiment with a production budget. Nothing in it is presented as prediction.

Every paper deposited with a persistent identifier. Nothing withheld, nothing behind a wall, nothing dated after the fact.

Independence
Advisory has clients. The Institute has none. They share a parent company and a principle — evolve without forgetting — and nothing else. These rules are the wall between them, and they are published so they can be held against us.
Advisory revenue does not commission, fund or review Institute research. No engagement grants influence over a paper.
Each theoretical paper names the observation that would refute it before the evidence is presented, not after.
Hellas-7 is a declared thought experiment. It is never cited as evidence in the NQOT or AE lines.
Ancestral Evolution is a comparative synthesis. It speaks for no community, claims no community's authority, and represents no living people but its author.
Every paper carries a DOI and is free to read on deposit. Corrections are versioned in public.
